About the Event:
It can be difficult to navigate conversations around cultural competency in business. The fear of saying something wrong or being negatively targeted stops many from participating and also prevents management from fully embracing diversity campaigns. However, the more leaders and employees of all levels understand the issues and speak the language, the more confident they will feel when participating in conversations and campaigns around diversity.
Discover Bias is a training focused on allowing people to create a shared experience on bias and set achievable solutions to move from bias to belonging.
