Regional Density - Access to Other Locations in Greater Boston

Four Modern Neighborhoods to Support Different Work Styles
One of the aspects that sets Workbar apart from other coworking spaces in the area, like Idea Space Boston, is the layout of our locations.
At Workbar, we understand that not everyone works the same way, that is why we designed our spaces in neighborhoods that support different work styles.
1) The Cafe - A conversation-friendly area with ambient music
2) The Commons - A space designed for team collaboration, no phones allowed!
3) The Switchboard - Phone-friendly area, great for conference calls and sales teams
4) The Study - Think of this space like a library, a completely quiet are for heads-down work.
This smart layout focused on productivity is one of the main aspects that makes Workbar different from other coworking spaces in the area, like The Yard Boston.

Membership Options for Tailored to Your Needs
If you have been shopping for coworking and office spaces in the area, you probably know that many operators, such as The Yard Back Bay, offer a ‘one-size fits all’ approach with limited membership options.
Only need to visit your coworking space a couple of times a month? We got you covered with our part-time plans. Why pay a large monthly fee for a hot desk or The Yard office space if you only need to use it a few times?
At Workbar, we are excited to offer our members multiple options to suit their workspace needs – from virtual offices with 1 day a month access, part-time memberships with 5 days included to full-time plans with 24/7 access.

Generous Meeting Room Hours & Communal Areas
Part of having a smart, modern, trendy workspace for you and your team is having access to smart, tech-enabled conference rooms. Unfortunately, many coworking operators in the area, like The Yard Back Bay, limit the number of conference room hours included in each membership or in some cases they even charge members additional fees for hosting meetings.
We understand the importance of having a private space to meet with your team, have a conference call or host a client, so we give our members a generous allotment of meeting room hours included in every membership. Part-time members get 5 hours/month, full-time and office space members get 10 hours/month and groups get up to 40 hours/month.

Common Areas that Facilitate Community Engagement and Interaction
Most companies offering coworking options in the city, including The Yard Boston and The Yard Back Bay, have a large inventory of private office spaces.
Having a lot more The Yard office space also means there is very little space left to build common areas open to all members. At Workbar, on the other hand, we prioritize creating shared spaces that facilitate engagement and networking.
Why? Because community is at the forefront of our mission and we want to ensure our space layout is testimony to that. Our locations were designed to help you achieve more, and we believe that by nurturing connections with other members we can help you develop your career, grow your business, and make your time at work even more enjoyable.

Numerous Members-Only Community Events
Many coworking companies are known for their fun and interesting events, but you should know that not all events are created equal. Most coworking spaces in the area, including The Yard Boston organize events, yet they primarily focus on hosting public events that attract non-members to the space.
At Workbar, we have developed an events calendar highlighting both public and members-only events each month. Our exclusive members-only events are crucial for our community building goals, since they help us nurture connections and develop a sense of belonging among members. We have also worked very hard to find the right balance between fun, creative events and interesting, professional development events. On any given month, our community managers organize cool and useful happenings including workshops and panel discussions, lunch outings, cocktail hours, craft nights, bagel breakfasts, yoga classes and more.
