Forget monthly commitments—pay for meeting room space when and where you need it, right here. Hourly reservations start at $50/hour and vary depending on room size and location. To book a full day, choose “book the whole day” option after selecting your desired Workbar location and meeting room.
We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to make changes to your reservation within our cancelation window of 60 minutes prior to the start of your hourly reservation or by 11:59PM the day before your day pass reservation. You can find cancelation or change instructions for your reservation in your confirmation email. If you have further questions, or need to make changes after our cancelation window, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for support.

Can I bring guests?
You can bring a select number of guests for free. Due to current safety protocols, for each room booking, you can bring the guest number equivalent to 50% of posted capacities for each room. For example, if you book a room with a 4 person capacity listed, you are eligible to bring 2 guests for free as part of your booking. The capacities for each room are displayed at the time of booking. You and your guests will need to check-in with the community manager before entering your booked meeting room. What can I expect in my meeting room space?
All of our state-of-the-art meeting rooms come with ergonomic furniture, video conferencing equipment, conference telephone and a flat screen tv. Some meeting rooms come with whiteboards and Smart Owl™ 360° Video and Audio.
Will my meeting room be clean and sanitized?
Each meeting room receives our best-in-class safety measures and will undergo a COVID-compliant cleaning before your arrival. You can read our readiness plan for our full policies and procedures.
Do I need to wear a mask?
We require masks to be worn at all times while at Workbar. We have safety stations located throughout the space with sanitizer and PPE gear, should you need it. If you choose to close your door and work without a mask in your booked meeting room during your reservation, this is allowed. Once leaving your meeting room space, such as to get coffee or go to the bathroom, please be sure to put your mask back on.
How do I get into Workbar for my booking?
Upon arrival, check in with our on-site Community Manager and verify your photo ID. The community manager will direct you to your reserved meeting room.
What time do I need to show up for my booking?
You can arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your reservation if necessary.
What happens if I show up later than the time I scheduled my meeting room for?
Don’t worry, simply send us an email before your reserved time and our Community Manager can update the reservation for you, if there is availability. You can email email@example.com for support.
What if I want to add more hours while I’m already in space?
You can book more time at any point during your reservation here.
What kind of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards and payment is taken at the time of your booking.
How do I cancel my booking?

Can I access a printer?
