Events Policy

WORKBAR MEETING ROOM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For Members:

Members who host meetings with guests outside of normal business hours (M-F, 9-5) must alert Workbar staff, reserve their desired room on Wobbe ensure that all guest names are provided to Workbar staff and building security a minimum of two business days in advance.

Any after-hours meetings with 10 or more non-member guests must have Workbar staff on-site at all times. The reserving member will be responsible for covering the cost of staff unless an alternative agreement has been reached with Workbar.

For Non-Members:

All meeting room reservations that take place outside of normal business hours (M-F, 9-5) must have Workbar staff onsite at all times. The reserving company will be responsible for covering the cost of staff unless an alternative agreement has been reached with Workbar.

Cancellation Policy:

Workbar must receive written notification at least 72 hours prior to the start time of the reservation to receive a full refund.

Staffing Fee:

All meetings that take place outside of normal business hours (M-F, 9-5) will incur a $50/hour staffing fee.
