How it works

Fill out the referral form on this page. Enter your information along with information about your friend.
A friendly community manager will get in touch with your friend and set up a tour.
Your friend signs an agreement and starts their membership at Workbar. Hey there, coworker!
Cash in on your reward! Watch the credit roll in on your Workbar account, for a reward value based on the membership your friend takes. See below for the reward tiers!

If your friend takes a Private Office or Suite at Workbar, you get $1,000 in Workbar account credit!

Get $250

If your friend takes a Hybrid or Unlimited Membership at Workbar, you get $250 in Workbar account credit!

Get $100

If your friend takes a Virtual Office membership at Workbar, you get $100 in Workbar account credit!

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO REFER A FRIEND TO WORKBAR?

Start referring friends by filling out the form on this page. From there, we’ll be in touch with the person you’ve referred, and keep you posted when they decide to join the Workbar community.

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO PARTICIPATE?

Referrals should be submitted by December 31, 2023. Please note, your friends membership does not need to begin by December 31, 2022.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH MY FRIEND’S INFORMATION?

Don’t worry, we hate spam, too, and would never do that to you, or your friends. We’re going to respectfully drop your friend an email and invite them to come in for a tour and/or join us for a virtual tour. We’ll also share with them information about what makes this place so great, and how our memberships work.

CAN ANYONE PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM?

Referral rewards can only be realized for new members. For friends that have been a member of Workbar in the past, this program does not apply.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY FRIEND SIGNED UP?

You will be notified when you are eligible to realize a reward from this program! If you don’t hear from us and you think you are eligible for a reward, please email your community manager.

WHEN AND HOW DO I GET PAID?

Rewards are applied as a credit to the account of the referrer and the friend referred. You will be notified when you are eligible to realize a reward from this program! If you don’t hear from us and you think you are eligible for a reward, please email your community manager.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE I CAN REFER?

Nope. You earn rewards for each and every friend who signs up for a membership as a new member at Workbar.

ANY OTHER TERMS I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?

If your friend signs up for an Office or Suite, they must sign a 12-month minimum agreement for you to be eligible for a reward with this program. If your friend signs up for a coworking membership, they must sign a 3-month agreement for you to be eligible for a reward with this program. Rewards are applied as a credit to the account of the referrer and the friend referred. TeamShare, On Demand bookings, events and meeting rooms are not eligible for this program.
