How it works
- Fill out the referral form on this page. Enter your information and your friend’s information.
- One of our fabulous team members will get in touch with your friend to schedule a tour.
- Should your friend think we’re as awesome as you do (who wouldn’t?!), they’ll sign an agreement to start a Workbar membership.
- You’ll pick how you want to cash in on your reward! Watch a credit roll into your Workbar account or choose a cash gift card. Your reward value is based on the membership your friend takes (see below for tiers and terms)

FAQs
Is there a deadline to participate?
The door is always open! There is no deadline to participate.
That said, the double referral bonus for our expanding Needham location is only available for a limited time.
What are you going to do with my friend’s information?
Don’t worry — we hate spam too. We’re not going to do that to you or your friend. We’ll respectfully drop your friend an email mentioning that you referred them and invite them to come in for a tour and free day pass. We’ll also share information with them about what makes this place so great and how our memberships work.
Can anyone participate in this program?
You can only refer friends who are new to Workbar. This program doesn’t apply to friends that have been a Workbar member in the past.
How will I know if my friend signed up?
You will be notified when you are eligible to receive a referral reward. If you don’t hear from us and you think you’re eligible for a reward, please email your community manager.
When and how do I get my reward?
Workbar credit rewards are applied as a credit to the account of the referrer. Your reward will be applied to your Workbar account the month after your friend enrolls. If your reward exceeds the cost of your membership, the remaining amount will be applied the following month.
If you pick a cash gift card reward, please talk to your Community Manager about redeeming.

Are there special terms for the double referral bonus in Needham?
Yes! Virtual Office memberships are exempt from the double referral bonus.
For referrals that result in a private office or suite at Workbar Needham, the double referral bonus totals $1,000 and can be redeemed in one of the following ways:

$1,000 in Workbar account credits, or
- $500 gift card + $500 Workbar account credit
The $1,000 bonus cannot be paid out fully in gift cards.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
Nope! Come one, come all. You earn rewards for each and every friend who is new to Workbar and signs up for a membership.
Any other terms I should know about?
Yes, just a few!
- If your friend signs up for an Office or Suite, they must sign a 12-month minimum agreement for you to be eligible for a reward with this program.
- TeamShare, account expansions, day passes, Community memberships, events, and meeting rooms are not eligible for this program.
- Only current Workbar members are eligible for this program.
