What does a full buyout of the space include?

A full buyout gives your team exclusive access to the entire conference and event space. This includes all meeting rooms, huddle rooms, phone booths, kitchen and shared amenities. It’s designed for teams who want privacy, control, and a seamless offsite experience.

How is a buyout different from booking individual rooms?

Booking individual rooms gives you access to specific spaces, but the rest of the area remains open to other members. A buyout ensures your team has complete privacy and control of the environment so you can run your day exactly how you want without interruptions.

What are your conference center buyout options?

We offer half-day,  full-day, and weekly buyouts, depending on your team’s needs. Most teams book full-day offsites to maximize collaboration time and avoid rushing through their agenda.

How many people can the Workbar Needham conference center space accommodate?

The space is best suited for 20-50 people for hosting offsites, trainings, or strategy sessions. For larger groups or unique setups, our team can help configure the space to fit your needs.

Can we book the space for events or workshops?

Yes. The space is designed for team offsites, leadership meetings, trainings, workshops, and small events. Basically, anything you’re organizing to get the team together and get work done. If you have something specific in mind, we’ll work with you to make sure the setup supports it.

Do you offer support during our event?

Of course! Our team will help coordinate logistics, room setup, and day-of support to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Can we bring in food or catering?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in your own food or work with one of our preferred catering partners. We can also help coordinate catering if you need extra support. 

Is there a minimum booking requirement for a buyout?

Buyouts are available in half-day or full-day blocks to ensure the space is used effectively and your team has enough time to get value from the experience.

Do members receive discounted pricing?

Yes, Workbar members receive preferred pricing on room bookings and buyouts. Contact us for more information.

Can we customize the space for our team?

Yes, we can help with room configurations and other setup details to make the space feel tailored to your team and your goals for the day.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for full buyouts, as availability can be limited during peak days.
