How do I book meeting rooms on-demand?
You can book our meeting rooms online 24/7. Click here to get started.
How much does it cost?
Cost varies depending on room size. You will be to see pricing for each room during the booking process. Pricing ranges from $50-$175 per hour.
Can I bring a guest?
You can bring as many guests as your meeting room allows by capacity.
What can I expect in my meeting room space?
Your meeting room will be ready to go when you are! All of our spaces have AV, WiFi, and ergonomic furniture to make you comfortable and collaborative.
How do I get into Workbar for my booking?
After you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for parking and arrival. When you get to Workbar, just check in with the Community Manager, and they will get you settled in your space with whatever you need.
What time do I need to show up for my booking?
Please arrive on-time for your booking or a few minutes early. You will only have access to your space for the time you have reserved, and we're here to help you make the most of it.
What happens if I show up later than the time I scheduled my meeting room for?
If there is time left on your meeting room reservation you will be able to access the space. Unfortunately, if you arrive outside of your reservation hours we cannot promise the space will be available. The Community Manager will be there to help you to find another place if there is one available or support the rebooking process.
What if I want to add more hours while I'm already in the space?
If your space is available for additional hours, you can book them online or talk to the Community Manager to help.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your meeting room rental, please contact the Community Manager at the location. Please see our cancellation policies for more information.
Can I access a printer?
Absolutely! All Workbar locations have printers for our guests to use.
Do you offer private offices on-demand instead?
We offer on-demand private office rentals by the hour based on availability. You can check out more on our Day Offices & Team Suites page.
