Coworking promotion: Your last month's membership fees are due at signing. 

Office promotion: Your first paid month and service retainer are due at signing. 

We're offering 50% off your monthly rate for June, July, and August 2026 for a limited number of privates offices at our new Needham expansion.

The discount applies to whichever of those months fall within your agreement, so the earlier you start, the more you save. Move in June and you get all three months at half price. Start in July, and you're covered for July and August.

After August, standard pricing applies.
