Try an Enterprise Suite for a Week

Before booking a Suite Test Drive, you’ll connect with a Workbar team member to confirm the program is the right fit for your team.

This program is designed for companies actively evaluating private office space with 10 or more potential users.

If it’s a fit, we’ll help you schedule your Suite Test Drive at one of the participating locations: Burlington, Framingham, Needham, or Quincy. Suites support teams of 10–30 and availability is first come, first served.

Bring your team in for up to five business days and work from a fully furnished Workbar Enterprise Suite. You’ll have access to shared amenities including meeting rooms, phone booths, and coworking neighborhoods, so you can fully experience how the space works.

At the end of the week, you’ll know exactly how the space works for your team. If you decide to move forward with an Enterprise Suite, your first month’s membership fee will be waived.

The Suite Test Drive program is available to companies actively evaluating private office space for their team. Participation requires a qualifying call with a Workbar team member prior to booking, and companies must have 10 or more potential or listed users to participate.

Suite Test Drives are available for stays occurring in March 2026, subject to suite availability, with the possibility of a limited extension into April at Workbar’s discretion. Bookings may only be scheduled within two weeks of the requested start date and are limited to one test drive per company for up to five business days.

A credit card must be placed on file for security purposes and to cover any overages incurred during the test drive period. Availability is first come, first served.

Participants will receive temporary access to shared Workbar amenities including common areas, phone booths, and meeting rooms, subject to availability.

The program is intended for companies evaluating office space in the near term and does not guarantee future suite availability. Because suites remain actively marketed, Workbar reserves the right to cancel or modify a scheduled test drive if the suite is leased or otherwise committed to another member.
