Most day passes stick you in a noisy open area with uncomfortable chairs and nowhere to focus. Not here. Our spaces are designed to work the way you do.
How it works

2. Buy your day pass
Book a day pass for yourself or your whole team. Day pass rates:
Arlington, Cambridge Downtown, Framingham, Quincy, Salem, Woburn, and Worcester: $59/day.

3. Check in and get to work!
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our Community Manager. They will show you around and get you set up on the guest WiFi. Then, pick your spot and power through your day.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need to use a meeting room while I’m at Workbar for the day?
You are welcome to book meeting room time on the day you use your Day Pass.
Meeting rooms are an additional cost and depend on the size of the room and which Workbar location you are in.
That being said, we encourage you to use our (totally free) phone booths if you need to have a private meeting, or to sit in our Switchboard or Cafe neighborhoods, where you can comfortably make phone and video calls throughout the day. Phone booths are reserved on a first-come first-served basis by writing your name on the door during your desired time slot.
How much does a coworking day pass cost at Workbar?
Can I bring guests?
Existing Workbar members from any location can join you when you come in with a Day Pass.
If you would like to bring another non-member with you, they will need to purchase their own Day Pass.
What hours does my day pass cover?
Each Workbar location is open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm for Day Pass users.
You are welcome to stay in the space past 5pm, but please note that the doors are locked to non-members after 5pm and you will not be able to get back into the space after 5pm if you leave.
Please be mindful of that if you do choose to stay past 5pm.
What time do I need to arrive for my day pass booking?
All of our locations open at 9am on Monday through Friday.
You are welcome to arrive any time during our normal business hours, but please note that your Day Pass is only valid for one day, regardless of how many hours you spend in the space.
Day Passes cannot be split over multiple days.
How do I get into Workbar for my booking?
After you book your Day Pass, you will receive detailed instructions with directions to Workbar, parking instructions, and any particulars about getting into the space.
If you have any questions on the day of your booking, you can reach out to the location Community Manager or our rep on the website chat directly for assistance.
