Q&A With CustomGPT.ai

Recently, CustomGPT.ai, members at Workbar Needham, hosted a Lunch & Learn about one of the hottest topics out there: Artificial Intelligence. Read on for a Q&A with their Marketing and Affiliate Manager, Ethan Housen.

Q: What does your company do?

A: We are an accessible generative AI startup specializing in RAG or retrieval-augmented generation. In other words, we allow organizations to upload their business data and train an AI Agent exclusively on that information with complete accuracy and security. 

Q: What aspect of your business/product did you present at your Lunch & Learn?

A: During the first part of our lunch & learn we fielded general questions on AI from the audience. We touched on ongoing changes/initiatives in the AI space, how AI will affect everyday tasks, and how an individual can prepare themselves for a future with AI. At the end of the Q&A, we presented CustomGPT. We showed how it can be used to revolutionize business information from Fortune 500 companies to Mom and Pop flower shops. 

Q: How can your business/product support other Workbar members in their work?

A:Our solution allows employees/businesses to retrieve information from their knowledge base faster and more accurately than ever before. If any member of Workbar deals with a large amount of information on a day-to-day basis they have a potential use case for CustomGPT.ai 

Q: What kind of Workbar membership do you have?

A: We all have Unlimited Memberships.

Q: What made you choose Workbar?

A: We like the “elasticity” that Workbar offers for a startup like ours - as we hire new employees, we can quickly add desks. In a Class A space, for a startup like ours, this is similar to having space like the big boys without getting into 3-year leases. Lately, a new benefit is emerging: While Workbar used to be a classic coworking space before with service providers like lawyers and consultants, we are now seeing high-tech startups in the space - this creates an intelligent community and a network effect. 

Q: What’s your favorite part about being a Workbar member?

A: We love the community and the community managers that make us feel welcome and supported every day. We enjoy events like Lunch & Learns, Small Business Expos, and new member welcome breakfasts.
